Equipment introduction and main uses: electrostatic separator is mainly used in: resource reuse park, waste appliances dismantling, waste plastic recycling and other industries.

Electrostatic separator principle: electrostatic separator is the use of different varieties of plastic friction generation differences, through electrostatic means to separate 2-3 different categories of mixed materials

Electrostatic separator application scenario and application requirements:

1. Used in all kinds of density flotation method difficult to separate hybrid plastics.
2. Sorting ABS/PS/ submerged PP, ABS/ABS alloy /PC, PS/PET/PVC, PA/PE/PO, etc
3. The single sorting accuracy (purity) of crushed grains is higher. 4. The particle size of the material is highly selective to the voltage, and the voltage number varies according to the different particle size of the material, so it is necessary to crush the material before entering the main machine to achieve the ideal separation effect. The size requirements of the crushing material are loose, and the crushing pieces below 20mm can easily pass the machine.
6. The sorting speed is fast (note: the powder in the crushing material cannot be too much).
7. Dry separation mode, no three wastes, no environmental pressure, fully meet the requirements of the new environmental protection law.
8. If the powder in the crushing material is not more than the film, the screening and removing film device can be added.
9. The complete set of equipment is a combined structure, covering an area of about 50 square meters.
